SURVEY OF HCA Cricket stadium by 3D Laser Scanning done at Hyderbad. Information of 3D scanned model would be used for manufacturing of tensile steel roofing structure.

Scope of work:

South Canopy

1.) Centre line measurement for all the grids from Grid 2 to Grid line 32 on the south side of the canopy.
2.) Width measurement for all the column grids from Grid line 2 to Gridline 32.
3.) Size of Top concrete beam and reference levels at all Grids
4.) Radius of Top Concrete beam(Center line) from Stadium center as reference.
5.) X,Y, Z coordinates for top beam at nodal point.
6.) Size of Secondary beam at lower level and reference levels at all the Grids
7.) Radius of Secondary concrete beam(Center line) from Stadium center as reference.

North Canopy

1.) Centre line measurement for all the grids from Grid 57 to Grid line 74 on the North side of the canopy.
2.) Width measurement for all the column grids from Grid line 57 to Grid line 74.
3.) Size of Top concrete beam and reference levels at all Grids
4.) Radius of Top Concrete beam(Center line) from Stadium center as reference.
5.) X,Y, Z coordinates for top beam at nodal point.
6.) Size of Secondary beam at lower level and reference levels at all the Grids
7.) Radius of Secondary concrete beam(Center line) from Stadium center as reference.

3D Scanning of Stadium carried out in 2 days and data processing and final results were provided in 3 days time frame. Total activity was done in 5 days time frame. Our client have saved huge amount of time and money due to accurate 3d information of the stadium in assemblying and manufacture of the steel structure required for tensile roofing.
