    Surface Design Technologies Pvt Ltd. 3D scanning captures geometrical data with the fidelity required for efficient and accurate mold making, reverse engineering, and other industrial applications. In addition, the 3D scan data may be modified and scaled to accommodate a wide range of marketing and manufacturing requirements. 3D scan data from production parts may be compared to their original CAD designs, ensuring that critical tolerances and quality standards are met. When adequate design documentation is unavailable, entire parts may be directly re-engineered from our 3D data sets.

Chiplun Plant

Process: To laser scan the entire plant using long range Faro-Proton scanner and generate as-built 3D model and Drawings from high end softwares.

Purpose for generating 3D MODEL: Customer who had purchased this chemical plant was going to use the existing SS Vessels and also the existing Steel Structure. The purpose of drawing generation was to know exact length of pipes, steel required in order to re-run with modifications to the existing set up.
